Gau-graas: an offering of love and gratitude

Gau-graas (the cow's morsel) means offering the first roti made in your own kitchen to that mother who gives us life through her milk, strength through her ghee, peace through her curd, joy through her butter, and who, through her dung and urine, gives purity to the earth and to the air around us. This is not merely a roti.
